To minimize our environmental impact, we function on a 'Made to Order' basis. When a new collection or product is released to the public for purchase, customers will have three weeks (unless otherwise stated) to purchase the item(s) they desire. At the end of this preliminary period, all orders are manufactured and subsequently shipped to the customer's indicated shipping address. To view SS17's preorder timeline, please click here.

We understand this process requires more patience than the traditional online retail setup where customers purchase from inventory, but retail inventory is the leading factor to the astronomical waste the industry creates when inventory is not completely cleared. At the same time, producing inventory rather than producing products for direct customers enlarges a brand's negative environmental impact especially if later, not all of those products are consumed.

EXIST Collective Apparel has chosen to orient itself as a high-end earth-conscious streetwear apparel brand that uses responsibly sourced or recycled materials during production and does not produce more products than desired by its customers to co-exist with the planet and it's ecosystems. Rather than preaching coexistence with the environment and operating ethically just to contribute to landfill waste with plastic shipping solutions, we are proud to state that we ship all orders using highly recycled shipping package solutions.

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout. At this time we do not offer flat rate shipping but we are working on it. Note that all product prices indicated and payments made on this site are in Canadian Dollar currency.
Any taxes, duty, or other costs where relevant that occur from shipping our garments to your address are not covered by EXIST Collective Apparel.

Orders are dispatched Monday through Friday before 4pm via Canada Post.
Please note that any orders placed after 8pm will not be processed until the following business day.

Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
Tracking the status of your order can be done here or through the shipment company you have selected.

A tracking number will be sent to you upon dispatch so that you can track the delivery of your goods. 

Please note, orders of multiple items may be shipped in more than one package — In which case two tracking numbers will be advised. 



We ship internationally to select countries using Canada Post and USPS.
Deliveries are sent during normal business hours between Monday and Friday, 9-5pm. 
Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following business day. 

Please allow 7-21 days to receive your parcel for standard & 3-7 days for Express depending on the carrier options you have selected.
A tracking number will be sent to you upon payment so that you can track the delivery of your goods.

Please be aware that we experience high demand and cannot guarantee item availability as our supplies are limited. Should you accidentally purchase a sold-out item, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement or full refund.



EXIST Collective Apparel cannot process returns & refunds therefore will not accept return requests. We do process returns & refunds due to garment damage caused by incorrect laundry processes taken by customers. We love each and every one of our garments and we hope you do too – but we understand if something doesn't fit right or if something arrives damaged. We accept exchanges within 60 days of purchasing so long as the garment is still in perfect condition. In the case that your garment comes damaged, please document all damage immediately and contact us. DO NOT wash any garments you wish to exchange.

We cannot cover return shipping either but we'd love to get in touch and work out what you'd like to swap your item(s) for. This cost is at your own expense. We strongly advise using Canada Post or USPS to return garments to us and we strongly advise that you request a tracking number for your returning package. EXIST Collective Apparel is not responsible or accountable for the loss of any garments being returned for exchange.

Should you wish to exchange an item, please contact Once in contact, you will be issued an Authorization Number and will be able to indicate which item you would like to receive in return.

All exchange requests will be processed as soon as possible on a Monday to Friday schedule between the hours of 8:30am and 5pm. Should you submit an exchange request after 5pm, during a weekend day, or public holiday, your request will be processed by the next business day.

If an item is no longer in stock or there are no available garments, we will issue a full refund of your purchase via store credit or, when possible, a full refund onto the payment method you purchased with. Sale items will not be accepted for exchange or store credit.

Please note that only exchanges with Authorization Numbers will be accepted.
